Order Cancellations

Once an order has entered the processing, packaging, or shipping stage, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Orders containing products that have already been prepared for dispatch.

How to Request a Cancellation

  • Reason for cancellation

Our team will review the order status and notify you whether the cancellation request can be approved.


Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed.

  • Actual processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, e-wallet provider, or payment gateway.

A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been initiated.


Exceptions

A cancellation request may be rejected if:

  • The order has already been shipped or is in transit.

  • The request is submitted after the 12-hour cancellation window.

  • Order processing, packing, or shipment preparation has already begun.

  • The order involves special procurement, bulk purchases, or custom arrangements made specifically for the customer.
